General conditions for receptions and banquets
We would like to remember to our Dearest Clientele (Missions. International organisation , UN collaborators, international civil servant) that to benefit of the tax exemption, it is mandatory to present the official form of vat exemption « A » or « B » when you arrive or at the latest before we set the bill.
We need the final figures of your event 3 days before he takes place.
For Cocktail-reception billing will be based on the number announced at without taking in account possible abscences.
FOR BANQUETS, WHEN THE NUMBER WILL BE INFERIOR TO THE ONE ANNOUNCED 48HOURS PRIOR THE EVENT, THE BILL WILL REDUCED BY A MAXIMUN OF 10% (FOR EVENTS UP TO 30 PERSONS) OR 5% (FOR EVENTS ABOVE 30 PERSONS)
FOR RECEPTIONS,
THE PRICES figuring in our proposals can be adapted anytime, considering market fluctuation.
ROOM RENTAL is included in our lunch, dinner, reception and buffets prices
MINIMUM REVENUE in order to fulfil a double mission: welcoming you and training our students in the best conditions, we need the following minimum revenues:
EVENING MONDAY TO FRIDAY CH. 1'500.--
SATURDAY LUNCH OR DINNER CH. 1’500.-- OR CLOSE TO IT
SUNDAY CH. 4'000.-- OR CLOSE TO IT
CANCELLATION: All cancellation have to be made in writing (letter fax or e-mail) at least 48hours prior the vent (no matter it is a week-end or a bank holiday)
In case of cancellation and according to the situation a certain amount may be requested.
Until 30 days before the event : file expenses
From 29 to 14 days before the event : 20% of the total amount
Up to 13 before the event : 50% of the total amount
3 days before the event: 100% of the total food amount + 100.- file expenses
PAYMENT: Thank you for honouring the bill without 30 days
We do not accept credit cards, but if there is no alternative to this payment, we will be forced to add 2.5 to 3% to the final bill amount depending on the credit card type, you want to use.
CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY : the guest take the full responsibility of a proper behaviour of the participant during the event, and take the full responsibility of any damages caused by the participants.
The restaurant decline any responsibility in case of thieves or damages caused to the equipment or the exposed objects brought by the guest as well as lost of personal belongings.
